A: It’s an all-in-one marketplace where you can find, book, and review pet-related services and products such as vets, grooming, training, pet-friendly stays, shops, and adoptions.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click on “Login / Register” in the top menu. You can sign up with your email or social accounts in just a few steps.

Q: Is it free to browse listings?
A: Yes, browsing is completely free. You only pay when you book a service or purchase a product.


🔹 Listings & Bookings

Q: How do I book a service?
A: Use the search bar, choose your preferred listing, check availability, and click Book Now. Complete your booking online securely.

Q: What types of bookings are available?
A: You can book time slots (e.g., grooming, vet visits), nightly stays (pensions, pet-friendly hotels), or purchase products directly from shops.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
A: Yes, cancellation and rescheduling policies depend on the service provider. Check each listing’s rules before booking.


🔹 Payments

Q: How do payments work?
A: Payments are processed securely online. In many cases, you can confirm a booking by paying only a 20% deposit, with the rest due later.

Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: Absolutely. We use trusted payment gateways (like Stripe/PayPal) with full encryption to protect your details.

Q: Does the platform charge fees?
A: The platform keeps a 10% commission from providers. As a user, you don’t pay extra fees.

Q: How can I list my service or shop?
A: Click “Add Listing” or “Become a Partner” in the menu. Choose a plan, fill out your details, and publish your listing.

Q: Can I sell products online?
A: Yes, if you enable the shop option in your listing. This allows you to sell pet products directly through our marketplace.

Q: How do I get paid as a vendor?
A: After a booking or product sale, your payout is processed automatically (minus the platform’s commission) to your connected account.
